The National Association of Corporate Directors
(NACD), is the premier national educational,
publishing and consulting organization in board leadership and the only membership association for boards, directors, director-candidates and board advisors.
The Southern California Chapter is dedicated to promoting high professional board standards through forums for peer interaction and educating boards and directors concerning traditional and cutting-edge issues. We provide a local educational and networking opportunity for individuals who serve as directors of corporations and business organizations from all industries, public and private, profit and non-profit.
