The eminent John Olson, a founding partner of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher’s Washington DC office, will provide an update on corporate governance issues of greatest concern to directors today, as well as the latest information on the status of corporate governance bills in Congress and where the SEC is going on proxy access.
Among Mr. Olson’s numerous awards and acknowledgments, in October 2009 he was selected by the NACD and Directorship magazine as one of the "Directorship 100: The Most Influential People in the Boardroom," in the U.S.
